AFC HOME PROGRAM

The Adult Foster Care Home is a single-family home that offers male residents 24-hour care in a family-type setting. The staff assists residents with daily living activities that present difficulties for the residents, while helping them maintain as much independence as possible.

INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAM

The Independent Living Program provides each resident the opportunity to live in a community environment and access vocational, educational and recreational opportunities within their community. Flexible support hours provide residents with individualized support plans and schedules that fit their needs based on their degree of independence.

SKILL BUILDING PROGRAM

The Skill Building program seeks to enrich, encourage and enhance the residents skill levels through providing meaningful activities using their community as a teaching tool while building relations, and developing and building the residents soft skills.
